Description Product
BLC-500 is a biodegradable product made from vegetable oil and vegetable solvents, used as form release
(demolding). Contains no petroleum products.

Features and benefits
BLC-500 is an oil used as form release, she is nontoxic and safe for the operators. When applied in thin and
uniform layer, it provides a resistant film on the contact surface between concrete and formwork, facilitating
demolding.

BLC-500 doesn’t alter the qualities of concrete and mortars, it doesn’t change the binder coating, plaster,
roughcast and paint. It’s also less dirty and meets hygiene requirements for users and regulatory criteria for
environment.

When applying, surfaces must be clean, dry and dusted. BLC-500 is ready to use and applies with a sprayer
or a roller under thin layer uniformly without excess on most wood forms, aluminium forms, steel forms, etc.

1 liter of BLC-500 treat between 30 at 50m2.

Additives such as antioxidant and antirust are added to the final product to stabilize.
