and commercial applications. It dissolves easily tar, bitumen, which may have accumulated on tools,
equipments, building materials or be used as a cleaner in the event of spill where tar / bitumen are involved.

BLC-470 is ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY : biodegradable and nontoxic, he’s made from renewable
resources and contains no acid, no petroleum distillates or chlorinated solvents.

BLC-470 is SAFE : with a flash point above 130°C, it’s safe for the operator, not corrosive, it doesn’t
corrode metals, emits no harmful vapor and doesn’t affect the layer ozone.
